Most of the design, production and testing takes place in Monza, an area that spans over 70,000 square metres where tens of millions of machine components are produced each year. The fully automated logistics centre holds over 50,000 different products in stock, which are ready to be shipped worldwide. Elesa are partnered with the A2A group, where all electricity is from renewable energy.
Elesa continuously invests in R&D, especially surrounding the innovation of its production technologies. Elesa toggle clamps with extended lever solve the reach problem New extended lever toggle clamps from Elesa provide a longer hold bar to hold items in position for working or fixing, allowing them to be secured across larger components. This extended lever allows the clamp arm to reach components in the middle of an assembly while giving clearance to view a template or positioning indices so that operators can work more easily around the clamped component. |

New Elesa Ball Transfer Units, Roller Tracks and Conveyor Balls Elesa are delighted to announce that they have added three new products to their range of ball transfer units (otherwise known as roller tracks or conveyor balls). Their new UTB units in white acetal-based technopolymer with white polymer or stainless steel roller balls are joined by ESD conductive units and UTR roller transfer units for especially delicate surfaces such as glass and ceramic. |
