XYZ Machine Tools will be demonstrating that when it comes to cutting metal, it offers a costeffective route to increasing productivity and reducing costs – especially in prototype and low volume applications.
The company’s CNC/manual and full-CNC machines – ranging from ProtoTRAK-equipped CNC/manual mills and lathes to Siemens CNCequipped machining centres, turning centres and large capacity oil country lathes – are specifically designed to be easy to program and quick to set up.
Amongst the machines on display at will be a 5hp variable speed (40- 5000rev/min) XYZ ProtoTRAK SMX 3500 bed mill; a 7.5 hp/25-2500 rev/min XYZ ProTURN SLX 425 lathe; a 20 hp/5000 rev/min Compact Turn 52 turning centre; and a 20 hp 5- 8000 rev/min XYZ 710 VMC vertical machining centre. Stand S60
