PRELUBE CONTROLS

The first is an inexpensive relay and motor protection prelube control unit with a local on-offremote toggle switch. It is packaged in a 4 x 4in plastic box and includes automatic reset motor protection. It is available in 12 or 24V for the EP4 and XD4 pumps and in 24V for the EP4, XD4, and CF15 pumps. A contact closure to ground causes the prelube pump to operate. The second is a full featured industrial prelube control packaged an 8 x 8in steel NEMA12 enclosure.This control has an oil-tight illuminated manual prelube run button and off/ready switch. It verifies battery voltage, limits prelube run to five minutes even if the prelube signal calls for a longer time, and includes automatic reset motor protection.
