Vacon UK has launched a range of space saving, high power density AC drives – NXP liquid cooled enclosed drives. The new Vacon NXP drives are reported to offer 25% lifecycle cost savings compared to air cooled drives, whilst having a considerably smaller footprint and generating much less noise.
These high performance drives with superior cooling capabilities are a safe and reliable solution for demanding applications, particularly where space is an issue. They have been successfully used in a variety of heavy industries with tough operating conditions.
NXP drives eliminate the need for large and noisy air conditioning systems. Their state-of-the-art liquid cooled design allows heat to be readily transferred to a location where it can be dissipated conveniently.
