DIN rail mounted PCBs

The CEM series has been developed for OEMs, equipment manufacturers, component manufacturers and are manufactured with high specifications, including internal supports and guides for the easy installation of PCBs. This ensures PC Boards are held firmly in place when heavier components such as relays or transformers are used.

Available in 17mm, 22mm and 35mm, the range is designed to maximise internal capacity allowing the use and mounting of a higher number of electronic components. In the 22 and 35mm versions it is possible to mount two PCBs and by selecting one of two versions; the PCBs can be mounted bertically or horizontally for the best solution for the application.

Highly customisable, the CEM range can be manufactured in many colours including grey, black, green, red and blue and to customer specification; holes can be drilled for component access, terminals can be blanked out if not needed and the housing body can be printed with a design stipulated by the customer.

Each CEM enclosure is supplied in three components, the main body of the enclosure, the top and the bottom. The latter is fitted with two DIN clips, enabling quick and easy installation and removal from the DIN rail. Supplied in kit form for fast, snap-fit, assembly.

The CEM Range is manufactured as standard from Grey Self-extinguishing polyamide 6.6 UL94V0 material. Additional accessories include the Euroclamp ML25 terminal block available in two-, three- or four-way, specifically designed to integrate with the CEM to give a perfect fit and finish to the product. Also, the TP35 blanking plate or ventilation plate enable easy modification to the enclosure.
