Climate Control Need Identified
02 November 2012
Rittal’s new self-adhesive thermal labels allow the internal maximum temperature of an enclosure to be quickly and accurately ascertained at a simple glance.

Generally, the life expectancy of a simple capacitor doubles for each 10 ̊C lower operating temperature. Utilising the self-adhesive labels the internal temperature of the enclosure can be easily and accurately measured thereby ascertaining whether a climate control solution is necessary.
Rittal’s climate control products are specifically designed to maintain electrical components at their optimum temperature and ambient conditions within an enclosed space.
As well as preventing equipment from overheating they also protect the contents against hot or cold temperatures, condensation, dust, dirt and corrosive substances.
Utilising its specialist equipment and knowledge, Rittal is also able to undertake thermographic surveys to identify areas in which equipment may be at risk, due to high temperatures, in a written report supported with thermal images.
