At the core of the NXT system is a patented closing and connection mechanism between modules. Using sliding contacts with no internal mechanical moving parts, the design enables fast, error-free installation while maximising long-term reliability in demanding operational environments.

Engineered for use in harsh industrial conditions, the NXT Modular Light Tower combines robust construction with advanced modularity and connectivity. A wide range of power supply options – including 12V DC/AC, 24V DC/AC, and 110–240V AC — ensures compatibility across diverse installations. Low energy consumption across both light and sound modules supports sustainable operation while helping to reduce ongoing running costs.

All components within the NXT system, including the sounders, feature an IP66–IP69K protection rating, providing high resistance to water, dust, impact, and intensive washdown conditions. A smooth-surface design further enhances reliability by preventing dirt and residue build-up, reducing maintenance requirements and minimising downtime.

With a compact 50mm diameter, NXT towers integrate seamlessly into modern industrial and commercial workplaces. Base and sound modules are available in grey, black, and white, ensuring the system meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Light modules are engineered with vertical optical grooves that deliver optimal 360° visibility, ensuring clear and effective signalling even over long distances. For applications requiring maximum flexibility, RGB PRO multicolour modules provide virtually unlimited colour customisation.

Sound modules within the NXT range utilise fully sealed PIEZO technology, eliminating the risk of water ingress while delivering high acoustic performance of up to 94dB. This ensures clear audibility even in high-noise industrial environments. Options include the NXT Sounder Standard with three pre-set tones for straight forward applications, alongside the NXT Sounder NFC and PRO variants, which allow up to twelve fully customisable tones. All sound modules are fully compatible with both wall-mount and standard bases, offering maximum flexibility in installation and system design.

A defining feature of the NXT Modular Light Tower is the integration of NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, representing a significant advancement in industrial signalling. Using the MySirena App, installers can configure devices wirelessly via a smartphone or tablet, without the need for physical connections or access to internal components. Configuration can be completed in seconds, significantly reducing commissioning time and simplifying setup across multiple devices.
