Product finder predicts cable lifetime

To use the readycable product finder, simply enter the igus or manufacturer’s part number, or select the name of the drive manufacturer from the menu. Then click on the required cable type and the tool will list all suitable drive cables. The overview outlines the various cable specifications, such as PUR, PVC or TPE outer jacket, including bend radius and travel length.

The newly integrated service life calculator predicts the lifetime of the cable in the e-chain after entering various application parameters, such as speed, acceleration and operating temperature.
