Two weeks to go until Southern Manufacturing and Electronics 2026
22 January 2026
WITH JUST two weeks to go, Southern Manufacturing and Electronics 2026 is preparing to welcome thousands of engineers, manufacturers and automation professionals to Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre from 3 to 5 February.

Alongside the exhibition, visitors can access a free to attend, CPD accredited seminar programme featuring industry leaders, technology experts and solution providers addressing the challenges shaping modern manufacturing and automation. The programme opens on Tuesday 3 February with a keynote from Stephen Phipson, CEO of Make UK, offering a strategic overview of the UK manufacturing landscape and future opportunities.
Across three days, speakers from organisations including Siemens, Rolls-Royce, Renishaw, Airbus and Sourceability will explore topics highly relevant to the automation and controls community. Sessions will cover advanced automation, Industry 4.0, electronics manufacturing scalability, supply chain resilience, sustainability and the growing role of AI in industrial environments. Presentations such as Agentic AI – Automating the Mundane and The Journey Towards Sustainable Electronics promise practical insights that can be applied directly on the factory floor.
The seminar programme is split across two conferences. The Manufacturing Conference focuses on process optimisation, operational excellence and digital transformation, while the Electronics and Semiconductors Conference highlights innovation in automation technologies and advanced manufacturing.
With expert-led sessions and hands-on technology discovery across the show floor, Southern Manufacturing and Electronics offers a unique opportunity to combine learning with practical solutions.
