Southern Manufacturing and Electronics 2026
16 December 2025
Visitor registration is now open for Southern Manufacturing and Electronics 2026, the South of England’s leading annual exhibition for engineering and electronics professionals

TAKING PLACE on 3-5 February 2026, at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre, the show is the first major event in the sector’s calendar and marks its 28th year as a cornerstone of the UK’s engineering and electronics community.
Much loved for its heritage and uniquely British character, Southern Manufacturing and Electronics continues to attract engineers, designers, manufacturers and innovators from across the country. This strong domestic appeal is complemented by a welcoming approach to international exhibitors and visitors, offering them the chance to build sovereign UK supply chains while forging valuable global partnerships.
Southern Manufacturing and Electronics is home to the largest electronics trade show in the UK, bringing together the full spectrum of the electronics supply chain under one roof. From components, PCBs and semiconductors to test and measurement, design services and cutting-edge production equipment, the show offers an unrivalled showcase of the latest technologies and solutions. It’s the go-to event for engineers, designers, and procurement professionals looking to source new suppliers, discover innovations, and connect with leading industry experts.
Cutting edge tech
Now under the ownership of Easyfairs, one of the world’s top 20 exhibition organisers, Southern Manufacturing and Electronics will retain the traditional elements that visitors value while benefitting from Easyfairs’ cutting-edge technology and industry expertise.
Attendees and exhibitors will enjoy access to Easyfairs’ event app and smart badge technology, allowing them to connect, collect and exchange information seamlessly, making every conversation count and maximising return on time and investment.
There are also several features and events already confirmed for 2026. Back by popular demand, the Global Electronics Association are running their Soldering competition again, and are also adding a Wire Harness Competition onto their stand, which is a new visitor feature for this year and is sure to draw in the crowds.
Easyfairs’ extensive network across the engineering and manufacturing sectors will also bring fresh industry insights, new connections and curated content to the 2026 edition, ensuring that visitors get the best possible experience.
Seminar theatres
Two dedicated seminar theatres – one focused on Manufacturing and the other on Electronics – will host a full programme of CPD-accredited sessions throughout the show. The agenda will explore practical strategies to help manufacturers streamline production, strengthen digital capabilities, and unlock fresh opportunities for growth. Hear from experts on how digital tools and systems can be integrated to boost efficiency, enhance productivity and position their businesses for long-term success.
"Southern Manufacturing and Electronics has been the beating heart of the UK’s engineering calendar for nearly three decades," said Simon Farnfield, event director at Easyfairs UK and Global. "It’s a show with a proud heritage and loyal following, and under Easyfairs’ ownership we are committed to preserving what people love about it while introducing smart, intuitive tools that will help visitors and exhibitors get even more value from their time onsite. We can’t wait to welcome the community back to Farnborough in February."
