PLC Based Fuel Storage System

When designing a PLC based fuel oil storage and distribution system at the new American Express European Headquarters in Brighton, FEL Valves turned to Siam Control & Automation for assistance.
The solution had to integrate three system components seamlessly and overcome the complexities of a multi generator installation with demanding hardware and management criteria, yet leave scope for future changes. Also, the agreed wiring specification called for the installation of MICC (Mineral Insulated Copper Cable) for all power and signal wiring.
The system designed by Siam Control & Automation and FEL Valves overcomes these challenges by utilising the RENU Electronics FlexiLogic HMI and I/O Controller at the heart of the three component control systems.
