Rockwell appoints new UK Sales Director

Rockwell Automation has appointed Mark Bottomley to the role of Sales Director in the UK. Bottomley, a qualified Chemical Engineer, brings a wealth of experience to the role, including in-country director-level experience at Invensys in Ireland.

In his previous roles at Rockwell Automation, Bottomley has overseen the integration of ProsCon and LeKtroniX into the business in Ireland as well as taking on senior roles within the UK and EMEA region in the Life Sciences sector.
Bottomley will be responsible for overseeing the continued growth of Rockwell Automation products, solutions and services in the UK, and for leading the continued expansion of Connected Enterprise principles and solutions that help its customers harness the power of information to drive better decision making, improve efficiency and grow productivity.
Speaking of Bottomley’s appointment, Marcel Woiton, Northern Regional Sales Director said, “We are thrilled to announce Mark’s new role of Sales Director in the UK. He brings with him a huge wealth of technical experience from the multiple roles he’s held at Rockwell Automation, as well as familiarity with the UK market and extensive insight into the operational needs of a wide range of customers there.”
