Machinery reliability problems?
14 August 2017
Gill offers a condition monitoring tool like no other. Unlike conventional methods of condition monitoring, Gill’s oil condition sensor sits in the lubrication oil providing a real-time reading of the health of your machinery.
The sensor works by capturing and monitoring fine and coarse ferrous debris particles which provide a very early indication of potential mechanical failure. What makes the sensor even more distinctive is that it also provides water in oil detection and an oil temperature output.
Trevor Pearson, Gill Sensors and Controls Sales Engineer talks about the features and benefits of our oil condition monitoring sensor, through a webinar which can be found here.
In the webinar, Trevor demonstrates configuring the sensor as well as discussing the different applications and industries that the condition monitoring sensors can be used within.
The webinar is one of a series that Gill is providing to give further insight into the different products that Gill manufactures in the UK. If you would like to join a future webinar, send us a message at webinar@gillsc.com and we will make sure to let you know about further webinars in the series.
If you would like to discuss your current machinery concerns, please feel free to get in touch at support@gillsc.com.
