From 27th to 29th November the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg will play host to more than 1400 exhibitors, all showcasing the latest in electric automation innovations, services, products and solutions
The trade fair and its adjoining conference are billed as a platform for comprehensive information on products, innovations and current trends within the electric automation industry, giving a comprehensive overview of the entire market. It offers a platform for producers and users at senior level to discuss technical issues and exchange ideas and information. In depth discussions with the exhibiting companies will enable visitors to find out about the full range of products and services on offer at the event.

LECTURES & PRESENTATIONS
As you would expect from an international event of this standing, SPS IPC Drives runs a diverse, professional supporting program with panel discussions, product and company presentations, in the form of its Exhibition Forum.
Interesting and exciting panel discussions on up-to-date automation issues take place at the forum sessions, directed by publishing houses and associations. Furthermore, according to the organisers, this is where exhibitors provide special presentation on their newest products and solutions for your individual automation task.
Parallel to the exhibition, the SPS IPC Drives conference offers Germany’s most important useroriented conference on automation and drive technology (in German language). The conference offers product managers and design and development engineers from the supply and user industries, as well as academics from applied research an excellent platform in order to discuss new technologies and innovative applications and find answers to concrete questions.

INTERNATIONAL EVENT
Following on from last year’s record visitor figure of 56,321, more than 50,000 trade visitors are also expected in 2012. The percentage of international visitors continues to rise each year and reached 21.1% in 2011.
This year joint stands will enable visitors to find out more about a particular topic from a number of specialist companies, all in a single area of the exhibition. The joint stands are: AMA Center for Sensors, Measuring and Testing Technologies; Open Source meets Industry; and Wireless in Automation.
