DESIGNED FOR customer-specific assembly, the hybrid connector for electrical energy storage systems from Phoenix Contact provides a reliable and safe connection for power, signal, and data contacts. The new all-in-one solution offers cost-optimised and time-efficient installation that is specifically tailored to the customer's needs.

The HSC hybrid connector is the ideal solution for powerful energy connections. With a rated current of up to 4 x 100 A and a rated voltage of 1000 V DC, it offers high efficiency with minimal losses. In addition, up to 16 signal and data contacts ensure full communication capability in a compact design. Support for conductor cross-sections from 6 to 25mm² enables flexible use. With over 100 mating cycles and a tolerance compensation of ≤ 2mm, a durable and robust connection is provided.
The preassembled interface enables fast and error-free installation in the field. The modular system allows customised assembly, resulting in a cost-optimised solution for every requirement.
