Software For Transmitter

The transmitter element is simply mounted on already installed PATLITE signal towers. There is no need for a hard-wire network or a special application software for different machine types.

With Orbit, the new application software for windows, the status condition data of the signal towers is sent in real time to the operators. The data is then stored in CSV format which is updated whenever the status condition changes. Orbit analyses various operating conditions, such as the ratio and amount of machine down time, run-time and maintenance time, thus improving productivity. 

When connected with an LCD screen, an Andon board is easily set- up. The Orbit software can also be installed on mobile devices, such as iPads. Stand 8-428
