LB Foster Materials Handling rebrand for CI Logistics

The new name is reported to reflect the company’s global heritage and underline its ethos to be a leading supplier of materials handling solutions, both in the UK and internationally.

In December 2010 CI’s parent company, Portec Rail Products (UK) Ltd. was acquired by the American multi-national LB Foster, a leading manufacturer, fabricator and distributor of products and services for the rail, construction, energy and utility markets. Portec has since been rebranded as LB Foster Rail Technologies (UK) Ltd.
