Electrical safety training
29 April 2013
Market leader in machinery safety, TÜV SÜD is the official partner of the PPMA (Process and Packaging Machinery Association) on regulatory affairs.

At the show, TÜV SÜD will launch its new series of machinery electrical safety training courses. This will help delegates to understand how the requirements of the standard EN 60204-1 - ‘Safety of Machinery: Electrical Equipment of Machines’ should be applied to ensure that machines are safe, control responses of the machine are consistent, and that the machine may easily be maintained throughout its lifetime.
This will allow delegates to build or refurbish machinery control systems and panels to a level that meets the standard. The course is suitable for anyone involved in panel design, panel build, electrical maintenance, electrical control systems, machinery refurbishment and upgrade, as well as industrial electrical systems installers.
