Largest RoundTrack network

A network of nearly 5km of Strothmann RoundTracks is being installed in the Shanghai factory of an escalator manufacturer – the longest line of tracks in one contract so far.
The project also includes more than 170 trolleys which will be used to transport parts weighing up to 15 tons between the assembly stations. Strothmann’s intra-logistics system enables the energy-efficient transport of heavy goods.
A number of drive technologies are available, but loads of several tonnes can even be moved by hand.
