Offering a complete safe solution to support the design of versatile custom-built conveyor and assembly lines, the new 24 V DC Interroll RollerDrive EC310 uses up to 30% less energy and recycles brake energy.

Simple control technology and coordinated functions enable the space-saving drive to simplify zero line pressure accumulation conveyor technology. It can be integrated seamlessly into new or existing systems.
The new generation of control technology enables all components to be combined into one functional compact unit. All elements of the system can safely operate in ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 ̊C and comply with IP54 up to IP66 protection rating.
The EC310 conveyor drive is claimed to offer outstanding torque at all speeds with excellent acceleration/ braking performance, optimum energy-savings, low operating temperature and superb start-stop performance for all unit load handling applications, including food industry and packaging as well as checkweighers and logistic applications.
A zero pressure accumulation conveyor fitted with RollerDrives is energy-efficient, as individual modules only run when containers are present. Once containers move off, the conveyor modules no longer run but remain ready for transporting product. Compared with this, a typical zero pressure accumulation conveyor with a flat belt or line shaft has much higher energy consumption and noise emissions.
