Ultra compact laser sensor
27 April 2014
Highly accurate detection capable of detection of an object below 0.01mm with an accurate repeatability is reported to make Panasonic ‘s EX-L200 ultra compact laser sensor range ideal for positioning applications.

The use of an high precision aspheric glass lens results in a big reduction in light aberration and so a very high definition laser spot is produced.
Four detection types are available: Thru-beam, Reflective, Spot reflective and Convergent reflective. IP67 protection with detection distances extend to 4m ( long range Reflective types ) support use in the harshest environments. Initial setup is easily made by the inclusion of an internal beam axis alignment screen.
The Convergent reflective types have convergent distant setting so the background has very little, if any , effect on the sensor. This allows very stable and reliable detection.
