From its Wolverhampton workshop, Donghua now offers bespoke in-house built attachment chains. The workshop has been specifically designed for the assembly of special attachment chain with all component parts manufactured by Donghua at their state-of-the-art production facilities in China and then assembled in the UK.
Donghua’s Universal Attachment chain, designed specifically for the distribution market, is also assembled in the UK workshop and can replace 95% of chain from other manufacturers, providing customers with greater choice and a simpler specification process.
With investment in the latest technologies and bespoke equipment, the workshop can undertake:
- Chain length measuring
- Pre-loading of chain
- Matching of chain
- Large pitch chain cutting
- Bespoke tooling & finishing
- Hot-dip lubrication (including Food Grade)
