Bearings & robotics
01 March 2016
For the first time, at this year’s Drives and Controls R. A. Rodriguez will have two stands: one for bearings, gears and drives, and the other in the show’s Robotic Demonstration Zone.
For over 40 years Kaydon Bearings, an SKF group company, has provided the core of R. A. Rodriguez bearing solutions and a wide range of its Reali-Slim thin section bearings will be on display as well as several Kaydon custom bearings. Also featured will be examples from the R. A. Rodriguez own-brand bearings range and, in particular, turntable bearings which can meet the requirements of almost any application, technically and commercially.
Drives and Controls 2016 will also mark the first public appearance by R. A. Rodriguez as the newly announced, preferred partner of Universal Robots. The family of lightweight, 6-axis Universal Robots will be demonstrating how they provide the ideal basis for human and robots to work collaboratively – without the need for safety guarding.
