For over 50 years, Sandvik has delivered top-of-the-range products to nuclear power plants worldwide for both pressurised and boiling water reactors, including delivery of tubes to more than 400 steam generators and over 60,000,000 meters of zirconium fuel cladding tubes. Sandvik advanced stainless steels and special alloys for critical nuclear applications, for which it is an industry leader, cover all fuel designs and technical specifications.

On display for the first time at WNE 2016 was the recently introduced Sandvik Welding App, full of useful information for welding engineers and purchase managers. The Welding App provides instant support via a mobile phone in planning welding production, choice of consumables and various methods of weld protection.
