ABB’s Robot Podcast returns

The new season kicks off with Episode One on 17 November and looks at how everyday technologies have evolved over the last ten years; how robotics and automation will revolutionise the decade to come; and how AI and robotics can be an accelerator for industries worldwide.

Across six entertaining episodes, a wide variety of societally relevant topics will be discussed by the panel of assembled experts and commentators. Robotics in construction and education; the game-changer that is digital twinning; and the current retail revolution lead by automation – The Robot Podcast shines a light on all these hot topics.

Fran Scott, a regular contributor to the BBC and Channel 4 in the UK, returns as host. Scott said: “It’s great to be back presenting another season of The Robot Podcast. Over the next six weeks, myself and a team of experts will investigate the cutting edge of robotics and automation, as well as what it means for us and the way we live our lives.
