Physik Instrumente's remote set-up service has arrived

PHYSIK INSTRUMENTE (PI) customers are reaping the benefits of the company’s recently-launched, low-cost, remote set-up service, designed to make initial installation even easier than before.
With ongoing travel restrictions worldwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on-site services are currently difficult – if not impossible – to access, a situation that is unlikely to change in the immediate future. The launch of the remote set-up service helps customers overcome this challenge.
Experts in the field guide them through the process of setting up their newly-acquired PI systems from a distance, giving them optimal performance right from the start.
Customers taking advantage of this latest service offering from PI’s Global Services Division save a significant amount of time because they no longer have to trawl through manuals to follow the step-by-step installation procedure, and common set-up errors are avoided. Instead, they receive:
- remote set-up support at a convenient, prescheduled time
- two hours of telephone support and screen sharing with an expert
- system optimisation and tuning tailored to their application and environment.
