In a change to previously published details, at the forthcoming PPMA Show 2014, which takes place at the NEC, 30th Sept- 2nd Oct, CDA will be introducing a seminar presented by Neil Sandhu, application specialist for imaging and measurement systems at SICK UK, a leading producer of sensors and sensor solutions for industrial applications.
Entitled 'Guardians of the code: Ensuring code quality is protected at all times', the seminar covers how printed codes need to be marked correctly on packaging for the end user or customer, to avoid potential costs and inconvenience. Sandhu will cover the advanced technology and improved processes that will lead to maximum yield and efficiency.
He will also assert that print positioning and quality are a huge part of the equation, coupled with intelligent inspection solutions and integration into the latest technology – which all together provide the complete answer.
