The web-based software solution provides step-by-step support with selecting and assembling terminal block strips and accessories. When configuring terminal rail components, it can be used to shorten engineering times by up to 75%.

Klippon Connect’s PUSH IN connection technology helps achieve a high wiring density with maximum ease of use and also noticeably speeds up installation. The leaf spring connection system incorporated in the WDU 70/95 and WDU 120/150 feed-through terminals allow users to insert conductors with large cross-sections into the opened contact point from above with very little effort.

The Klippon Connect terminal block portfolio comprises two ranges – an application range and a universal range. The particular requirements ultimately determine which one is the most suitable. Often, standardisation enables the right solution to be found with the sophisticated, function-oriented Klippon Connect universal range. It allows the user to make the most of practical product benefits, comprehensive services and application-oriented advice throughout the customer process –
and thereby makes for a high level of productivity in a variety of panel applications.

For frequently recurring applications, such as control voltage distribution and signal wiring, Weidmüller offers the Klippon Connect application range. These solutions help to increase productivity, efficiency and safety, since product functions are arranged in a specific way or left out entirely. Meanwhile, if bespoke configurations are required, the company also offers a customised assembly service.

Both screw connection technology and spring connection technology are available. The screw connection features either a clamping yoke or stud connection design, while the spring connection is equipped with either PUSH IN or tension clamp technology.
