Version 3.2 of Rittal’s RiCAD-3D software supports the creation of models to provide a complete 3D picture of Rittal products with the visualisation, layout and spacing of single components. The new version is free to download from the company’s website.
RiCAD 3D offers benefits including: substantial time savings when using Rittal products in the engineering process; error-free detailed Rittal Data, instead of coarse re-modelling by the user; and original data for the five most common CAD formats.
The RiCAD 3D database includes both 2D and 3D drawings from article groups: AE (wall-mounted enclosures); CM (floor standing); CP (command panel/support arm system); SK (climate control components); SV (RiLine60) and TS (bayed enclosures).
