The new C3 COOPER Customer Centre online support centre and tracking tool is now available for COOPER Crouse-Hinds’ customers, agents and distributors based in the UK and other parts of Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia.
C3 enables users to check stock availability, order status and nett pricing in real time over the Internet from their PC.
For specific products, users can carry out an ‘Advanced Inventory Check’ by searching on product part number, catalogue number, COOPER ID or UPC. Similarly, detailed Product Availability checks can be made, including shippinglocations and lead times.
Under ‘Order Information’, users can perform a quick search of their last 15 orders. Advanced Order Search enables the user to search by reference, product, ship-to-location, etc. More detailed order tracking and information on shipping dates is available via the ‘Customer PO’ (purchase order) search, where detailed order documents can also be downloaded, printed or emailed.
