Siemens Large Drives extends partnership with Iconsys

Siemens Industry has appointed Iconsys as a solution partner for its Large Drives business. The contract means Iconsys can now offer customers the complete range of automation and drive technologies from Siemens.
Iconsys, a specialist in the delivery of high end totally integrated automation (TIA) projects, has been a Siemens solution partner for over six years.
Trevor Darrall, managing director of Iconsys, commented: "We are delighted our partnership with Siemens Industry has been extended to cover its Large Drives business. This is an important development for our customers as it means we can offer the complete range of Siemens products alongside our technical experience and expertise.”

Iconsys is now an authorised Siemens certified partner for Large Drives, safety integrated for factory automation, motion control, automation system, SIMATIC, Human Machine Interface, SIMATIC HMI, industrial communication, SIMATIC NET and process control system, SIMATIC PCS 7.
The business has been established for over 25 years and has completed projects worldwide on applications in its core industries of metal processing, metal production, automotive, printing & paper, marine, oil & gas, renewable energies, aerospace and materials handling.
