Up to eight times faster
06 March 2014
Balluff has launched a new generation of RFID data carriers, up to eight times faster than the standard, with extra-large memory of up to 128 kBytes.

The drives work up to eight times as fast as the standard ISO 15693, making them the ideal choice for track-and-trace applications with high data volumes such as those used in assembly lines in the automotive industry.
Built with FRAM technology, the data carriers are maintenance-free, require no external energy supply and have virtually unlimited read/write cycles. Thanks to their high degree of protection (up to IP 68), they offer trouble-free communication with a high level of data security, even in difficult environments.
