High thrust, high speed

Available through Olsen Actuation, Curtiss-Wright Corporation has expanded its Exlar FT Series universal electric rod style linear actuator product line with the release of the FT45 model.
The FT Series roller screw driven actuators offer high thrust, high speed, and high robustness in a compact form factor, making them an ideal alternative to hydraulic cylinders. With continuous force rating to 178kN, speed to 1500mm/sec and stroke lengths from 150 to 2400mm, the FT Series can be applied across a wide range of linear motion applications.
The new FT45 has a continuous force rating of 44.5kN, filling the gap between the existing FT35 and FT60 models.
