Harting showed the the MICA industrial computer for the first time in the UK at Drives & Controls 2016.

Gavin Stoppel, product and applications manager at Harting UK, said: “Companies deploying large scale automation solutions using industrial Internet of Things platforms and distributed control systems will need this type of device. We believe that ruggedised computers are a key element in delivery of Industry 4.0 and we expect to see considerable interest in MICA.”
Harting expects to have its MICA ruggedised computers available to the market this summer.
