Space saving robots
14 June 2016
Compact and lightweight TM Robotics’ vertically articulated TVL range of six-axis robots comprises the TVL500 and TVL700 and offers high performance and productivity in assembly and pick-and-place applications. Thanks to compact dimensions, the units also save on space, delivering all the functionality associated with a six-axis robot, but in a much smaller footprint.

The TVL500 and TVL700 have with a reach of 600-700mm and a payload of 3-4kg, delivering high speed, highly accurate, energy saving performance at a low cost. Features include tool fixture tap holes at four locations on the arms upper and lower positions for fixing external cabling and peripheral devices.
Programming is simplified with the TSPC6ax software package, armed with multi-functional monitoring and support functions, monitoring active program display, position display, 3D motion status monitoring and alarm history display.
The robots also feature the TSL3100E controller, specifically designed for use with the vertical articulated robot, and equipped with Ethernet as standard; expansions of I/O and various networks are supported
