Modular roller tracks
15 March 2022
ELEROLL MODULAR roller tracks from Elesa offer ease of assembly and components substitution, good sliding properties and quiet operation.
ELEROLL roller elements are quick and easy to assemble, suitable for several applications and made to the highest of quality. Primarily used for feeding and discharging of items within sectors such as machinery construction, storage and picking systems, packaging machinery and more.
The main components of Elesa roller tracks are the sliding elements and profiles, available with rollers or balls. Providing these options result in a variety of design solutions required to accommodate for most machinery needs. The aluminium profiles can hold heavy loads with high resistance to bending, even when not fully supported with other load-bearing elements.
The range is completed with numerous accessories for construction, structures and brakes, containment sides and heads, which all guarantees positioning, functionality, and safety in across various applications.
Elesa roller elements are made of polyamide based technopolymer, which guarantees high load capacity and handling of heavy materials. They can also be made of anti-scratch and anti-trace thermoplastic polyurethane, particularly suitable for handling delicate materials like glass and wood.
Modular roller tracks are available also with smaller roller than the standard version of 25mm (ø 14.5mm). They are ideal for handling materials with limited weight and dimensions.
The smaller diameter of the rollers ensures a reduction in vibrations and consequently, a lower noise during the handling of the materials.
The ball elements are made of white acetal resin based technopolymer, allowing the ability to handle the material easily in any direction.
Sliding and quiet operation: the features of the materials used, allow friction to be minimised, ensuring sliding and quiet operation of the rollers, eliminating the need for lubrication maintenance.
