Website enhanced
13 July 2023
NORGREN HAS launched its new enhanced global website, offering customers improved functionality that includes the ability to select, order and track products on a ‘self-serve’ basis.
Unifying its legacy country-specific websites under a single global channel, Norgren customers, wherever they are located around the world, can now access a comprehensive, consistent, and up-to-date suite of product, application and industry information, including product datasheets, CAD, online configuration tools, installation guides and information on Norgren distributors in their region.
The new website is now live at www.norgren.com/en and more effectively demonstrates Norgren’s robust product solutions, alongside the technical expertise on offer from across the business.
To further enhance customer experience, the new website showcases a cross-section of industry sectors, so customers can quickly access the specific support and solutions available to them, while product and technical information has been simplified to aid customer experience.
Easier selection, ordering and tracking
A central element of the new online experience will be the customer’s ability to dictate product selection, ordering and delivery tracking at their own 24/7 convenience. Automated prompts will also support critical product selection by recommending additional components and accessories for consideration. Thanks to improved website functionality, choosing and obtaining essential Norgren solutions will be smoother, quicker, and more intuitive than ever.
And for customers with requirements across industrial automation, transportation, hydrogen, life science and process control, who wish to discuss potential solutions and access further informed support, the company’s technical team remains on hand with advice and guidance on a face-to face basis.
Jez Ashton, global online marketing manager for Norgren, says: “It is essential our customers continue to enjoy a reliable, consistent, and seamless online experience when they connect with our products and our people. Investment and development into the newly consolidated website means customers can access product information and place orders at a time that best suits them, without needing to rely on a manual order process.
“The new website will enable our customers to take control and more easily access important product and system solution information leading to an effective and efficient ordering, tracking and delivery process, wherever they are globally.”
