TROUBLESHOOTING NETWORK TESTER
30 October 2012
New from Fluke Networks, the OneTouch AT Network Assistant tool for network technicians automates troubleshooting of the most common end-user issues in about a minute,

greatly reducing the time it takes to close network trouble tickets.
Traditionally, network technicians spend more than an hour using a variety of tools such as protocol analysers, PC utilities, and cable and network testers to solve network connectivity and performance issues, which provide limited, nonconsolidated information. The OneTouch AT tester combines that functionality into a customisable, handheld tool with a one-button auto test feature that offers users a swift way to troubleshoot end-user issues that can typically take up around 25% of a network technician’s workday to resolve.
Key features of the OneTouch AT include: one button auto test for faster problem identification; the ability to test 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, gigabit Ethernet copper and fibre; and in-line copper and fibre packet capture.
