Minimise maintenance and repair costs with regenerative chain oils
30 October 2018
Regenerative high-temperature chain oil helps to reduce lubricant consumption and minimise maintenance and repair costs of conveyor and production chains.
Munich, 28 April 2016 – Created primarily for high temperature environments, the lubrication of oven transport chains in large industrial bakeries for example, Klüber Lubrication has developed Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460.
"Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460 provides outstanding wear protection, so that continuous minimum quantity lubrication will help prolong the chain life significantly," said Aldemir Oliveira, Global Business Development Manager - Food Industry at Klüber Lubrication.
The new synthetic high-temperature oil dissolves and regenerates residues, which helps reduce maintenance costs significantly. The optimised thermal stability of the new, regenerative chain oil also leads to reduced lubricant consumption.
"Our new high-temperature chain oil therefore not only meets the highest hygiene standards in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, but also increases the reliability of production processes." Aldemir Oliveira
Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460 has been specially designed for conveyor and transport chains in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries which may come into contact with products and packaging. The new high-temperature oil is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570.
