Versatile servo technology

The main focus of Kollmorgen’s presentation at SPS/IPC/Drives exhibition will be the role servo drive technology can play in future machine design.
Visitors can learn about applications including custom-tailored synchronous servo motors in lightweight robots and 'IPC inside' servo controllers for labeling machines.
The company will also highlight decentralized servo technology. Thanks to compact dimensions and high ingress protection, the robust AKD-N controller series can be comfortably integrated into machine constructions close to the motor.
The single cable connection with an 11mm wide hybrid cable between the controller and the motor additionally eases installation. Combined with AKMH stainless steel servo motors, the cleaning of facilities is also eased. Hall 1 Stand 550
