Faster processing
16 December 2013
A 1.2GHz dual core processor brings 4 times the processing speed compared to standard models for Teledyne DALSA’s new Boa 200 smart camera, available from Stemmer Imaging.

With additional memory for both program execution and solution storage, the Boa 200 is said to offer excellent price/performance for applications that demand higher speed or higher resolution processing.
Packaged in a small rugged IP67-rated enclosure that fits easily into existing production lines, machinery or moving equipment, especially where space is at a premium or where washdown is required, like the other models in the Boa range, the 200 is available with a choice of monochrome or colour sensors as well as three versions of embedded software. Sensor resolution ranges from 640 x 480 pixels to 1600 x 1200 pixels.
