Gesture-controlled operating
19 December 2014
Innovative and user-friendly, Lenze’s new multi-touch operating system for machine visualisation makes it easier to operate and monitor machines. Operation of the ergonomic gesture-controlled screen, familiar from the daily use of smartphones and tablets, is easy to learn. Commands such as tap, pinch, zoom, swipe and flick are possible.

The multi-touch functions and gesture-based operating control of the new v800 terminals pave the way for ergonomic operating concepts that display process information much more clearly than before.
Navigation is considerably easier for users than with traditional menu-based systems – so it can be intuitively learned within a short space of time.
