Ethernet receiver unit for wireless monitoring
09 June 2015
Werma offers a simple wireless monitoring system for machines, equipment and manual work stations. The system, called WIN (Wireless Information Network), is easy to install or retrofit. Without the need for hard wiring and cabling it is easy to monitor even remote areas.

A signal tower serves as the interface to which is fitted a plug-and-play transmitter unit which then will transmit status changes to a receiver. The status change data from all transmitters is collected safely and stored in SQL.
The new Master/receiver is available as an option to the USB Receiver unit. Unlike the traditional USB WIN Master, which needs a host PC to operate, the new Ethernet Master connects directly to the corporate network. It is identified on the network by IP address and can be physically sited anywhere with an Ethernet connection (and a mains socket for power).
