High speed for your machine vision system: the latest industrial camera generation USB 3 uEye CP from IDS is now available with ON Semiconductor’s CMOS sensors PYTHON 500, PYTHON 1300, PYTHON 2000 and PYTHON 5000.
Using the special AOI (Area of Interest) feature with horizontal and vertical read-out, the combination of high-quality camera and high-speed sensor reaches a top speed of more than 1,000 fps.
The UI-3130CP model with the PYTHON 500 sensor is IDS’ fastest camera in the optical class below 1 MP, providing more than 560 fps at full resolution (0.5 MP, 800 x 600 pixels). It is especially suitable for slow motion or high speed tracking applications.
The UI-3140CP model is very well suited for machine vision applications as the 1/2'' sensor format and the resolution of the PYTHON 1300 1.3 MP sensor (1280 x 1024 pixels, 169 fps) are quite common in the market. They are used for a variety of inspection and quality assurance applications and are ideal for cost-effective C-Mount lenses.
Providing a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels (2.3 MP), the UI-3160CP with the PYTHON 2000 is designed for use with Full HD (>180 fps), which meets the need of both classical industrial applications and visualization tasks.
In the field of 1''-sized sensors, the new UI-3180CP with the PYTHON 5000 sets marks: it is the highest resolution camera in this optical class (5 MP) with global shutter, providing 5.3 MP (2592 x 2048 pixels, 68 fps). It is ideal for use in the field of microscopy especially eye inspection applications.
