HBM has developed a CAN- Ethernet Gateway device for its digital weighing technology components that significantly simplifies the integration in higher- level control environments.
The CAN interface directly accesses up to 128 digital FIT load cells and AED transducer electronics; the Gateway acts as the CANopen Master. Users can easily configure weighing components using the Ethernet interface that is integrated with the Gateway. In addition, remote system monitoring and diagnosis of individual components is possible.
HBM digital weighing technology can be easily integrated into higher- level control systems via the Gateway.
