Sensor specialist and RFID provider, Balluff, has recently expanded its portfolio to include new RFID technologies for high- temperature applications, which are often called for in the semiconductor industry or in paint-spray lines and drying ovens in the automotive sector.
Balluff offers a range of flexible LF, HF and UHF-RFID components, as well as a variety of stationary barcode readers. Data carriers mounted directly on a workpiece, a workpiece carrier or on equipment seamlessly record all steps and lots of a production sequence. This occurs in running operation, so that the data can be evaluated in real time or later.
