Miniature hybrid stepper motors

This continues the trend towards miniaturisation of these powerful precision motors. Their compact size combined with high torque, smooth movement and low inertia opens up many new applications where space is at a premium.

There are two models in the size 8 range, which can be configured for unipolar or bipolar drives. The smallest of the size 8 models has a body length of only 30 mm, while delivering a holding torque of 1.7 N cm. The larger model provides a 3.2 N cm holding torque but is still only 47 mm long.
