A new 12 page brochure from INTORQ describes that brake options for passenger lifts and other safety-sensitive machinery.
Although INTORQ standard brakes are highly reliable, passenger lift applications require a redundant back-up braking capacity. INTORQ are experts in this area and offer four alternative design concepts: piggy-backing two brakes together, brakes with dual electrical circuits, split armature plates and multi-calipers.
