Compact and efficient variable frequency drive

The open board design is available as 0.55kW (2.7 Arms) and 0.75kW (5 Arms) versions, providing a compact solution that especially suits electrical panels where a space-optimised design is essential.  Minimal set up and push-in connectors make for a more simplified, faster and reliable installation time.

The fan less design increases reliability in harsh environments and is equipped with optimized features to control the speed of the 3-phase compressors with an induction motor via its 2 digital inputs and 1 analogue input, the RVBS offers a very flexible configuration to adapt to varied application needs.

The RVBS can be configured via the configuration software, remote keypad (optional) or via the PLC providing increased opera­tional flexibility.

As Industry 4.0 provides the opportunity for improvements to efficiency as well preventive and predictive maintenance.  Utilising the built-in Modbus RTU communication port facilitates integration with an automation system and/or PLC allowing real time status monitoring and data exchange of motor variables.

As well as providing faster and simpler installation, the new RVBS benefits from compliance with IEC / EN 61800-5-1 and IEC / EN 61800-3 (Industrial environment) and carries the CE, and UK CA approval.
