Next generation services enabling smarter operations

28 May 2025

SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC will present updated service plans for industrial efficiency on Stand 5/F20 at Smart Manufacturing Week 2025 at the NEC Birmingham 4-5 June. As a platinum partner for the event, the company is giving visitors a chance to preview next-generation industrial services designed to extend asset lifecycles and support digital transformation journeys.

Schneider Electric experts in industrial service, Andrew McKenzie, commercial leader consultancy, and François Disch, digital transformation delivery lead, will be sharing insights into how industrial businesses of all sizes can future proof operations at 12:30 on 5 June at the Digital Transformation Theatre.

Attendees will see how tapping into service expertise can control costs and create a competitive edge while influencing industrial sustainability. Schneider Electric has introduced three services, EcoConsult, EcoFit and EcoCare, to meet today’s operational challenges by setting a digital baseline for a facility, then supporting modernisation, and optimising maintenance.

Disch, comments: “Industrial sites are facing growing pressure to meet Net Zero targets within limited budgets, so we’re showing how digitalisation can empower manufacturers to both optimise operations and reduce carbon emissions. We want to make sure attendees leave with actionable steps to support the success of their energy strategy.”

MAKE UK’s 2025 Executive Survey found that 43% of firms want more support in their transition to Net Zero – and this is where industrial services can play a key role. By improving energy efficiency, enhancing lifecycle management, and enabling proactive maintenance, consultancy-led services help unlock the full sustainability potential of any facility without adding pressure to already-stretched staff.

McKenzie says: “Attendees at Smart Manufacturing Week can learn more about how to futureproof their facilities with digital transformation. Manufacturers often face challenges from a diverse mix of new and legacy assets and our updated suite of services is designed to help them address that in a way that controls cost and risk by integrating cutting-edge tools within existing operations.”

Schneider Electric is inviting all Smart Manufacturing Week 2025 attendees to its stand to see how they can leverage the expertise of the world’s most sustainable company to use their energy, material and human resources more effectively.
